Cheese balls makes a great starter. Cheese Corn Balls recipe is a
crunchy yet soft-centered deep-fried dish cheese ball is a great tasting
dip. A delicious dip which contains cheese,This can be used as a
starter especially if your guests are veggies.
- Butter 80 g
- Flour 100 g
- Egg 4
- Cheese 1tsp
- Parmesan cheese 1 tsp
- Finely chopped onions 1
- Chopped parsley 2 tsp
- Chopped bell pepper ½ cup
Thyme ½ tsp
Salt to paste
Water 160 ml
Parsley 1 tsp - Bell pepper 1 tsp
Method
Make a Choux pastry
Take a pan add 160 ml water, 80 g of butter, and mix it, come to a boil reduce the flame and add 100 gm of flour mix it and switch off the flame. In this add eggs and mix it well, add cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, chopped bell pepper, finely chopped onions, thyme, slat, mix this well
Take this batter in one spoon and drop like small dumpling in hot oil at 170 C and deep fry till golden color,
as u put balls into oil they puff up,take them out from oil and
