Double ka Meetha is an exotic dessert made with bread, milk, sugar syrup
and nuts. Double ka meetha is also known as Shahi Tukra. indian bread
sweet Deep fried bread roundels dipped in sugar syrup, sandwiched between apricot mixture, served on a bed of rabdi.

Method
• Cut bread borders and into halves of triangle or small pieces of squire and let them dry over night , add ghee into kadai fry in ghee or Dalda till golden brown
• Make sugar syrup flavored with cardamom and few drops of saffron color.
• Make rabdi with milk (slowly boil milk till it is reduced to 1/4 the of original)
• Soak bread in milk after frying for few seconds put sugar syrup and cook put all nuts and over the sweetened bread and pour over rabdi
• Serve cold.

- 1/2cup cashew,almonds
- 4 cardamom pd
- 1 to fry ghee or fresh Dalda Vanaspati
- 500 ml milk
- piste,dated,raisins
- 1 pinch saffron color
- 300 grams sugar
- 100 ml water
