Mix Veg Khichdi

Mix Vegetable Khichdi is a traditional Indian dish commonly made with rice, lentils and various vegetables. This dish is simple yet very delicious to eat.
  • 1 cup of RiceThumbnail
  • 1/2 cup of Tomato
  • 2 tsp peanuts
  • 2 green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 cup mung dal
  • 1/2 cup chana dal
  • 4 cup of water
  • 1 cup of potato
  • 1/2 cup carrot
  • 1/2 cup beans
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup coli flour
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2  cup of chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 1/2 cup of leafy veg like spinach
  • mathi,coriander, curry leaves
  • mint,Mat ke bhaji,
Method
Mix all the lentils Rice,Veg all in Rice cooker
                                    or

Heat oil in a big pan and add whole garam masala, Shahi jeera, onions, saute onions for 1 minute, add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, salt, reduce the flame and add green chilly, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, add yogurt , chopped mint, chopped coriander, potatoes, dried kasoori methi, lid on and cook for some time, add water, cauliflower, green peas, and rice (soak the rice for 1 hour) put the lid on and cook for this first 5 minutes put high flame and then put it in a low flame. Add some ghee, fried onions, put the lid on.
