Prawn Masala is simple yet delicious and packed with flavor. this
slightly different method we are not going to add prawn directly first
we are going boil prawns half and tossed in masals so the masala will
stick to the prawn an gives good flavor.

- Prawns 250 g
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Green chilly 8 n
- Curry leaves 2 spoon
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1tsp
Onions 1 - Pepper crushed ½ tsp
Coriander chopped 1 bunch
Lime juice 1 tsp - Oil 2tsp
Method
Heat water in a pan add salt, turmeric, prawns boil this till cooked and drain the prawns.Mostly cheep kind of prawn smell mostly people boil it like this then fry.
Heat oil in a pan add green chilly, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, add prawns, toss it and sprinkle some salt, chilly powder, garam masala powder, sprinkle some onions, crushed peppers, chopped coriander, squeeze lime juice toss it and switch off the flame.
Serve this hot.
