Turkey Kofta Korma

Turkey koftas in korma gravy
Kofta is the common term for the combination of ground meat, onions and spices shaped into balls and cooked. In this turkey kofta recipe, ground turkey and minced onion are mixed with cumin and allspice to make a delicious dish.

Ingredients
  • canbarry
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 cup coconut powered fresh
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • pinch cumin seeds
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1  curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 3  green chilli
  • pinch mustard seeds
  • 1  onion
  • 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  • as per taste salt
  • 2  tomato
  • 1 lbs turkey mince
  • 1/4 turmeric powder
  • whole garam masala dry

 Method
• In a bowl take minced turkey add cumin seeds,green chillies, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin, coriander leaves, salt mix well make into small balls.
• Now deep fry the turkey balls and keep a side.
• In a pan roast the poppy seeds and add to the blender,coconut powder, canbarry blend it into fine past.
• In another pan heat oil, whole garam masala, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped onion, salt mix well then add curry leaves, green chillies, turmeric, ginger garlic paste mix well and add chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, cumin,chilli powder, curd mix well and add water bring to boil by closing with the lid.
