Ingredients
Heat oil in a big pan and add whole garam masala, Shahi jeera, onions, sauté onions for 1 minute, add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, salt, reduce the flame and add green chilly, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, add yogurt , chopped mint, chopped coriander, potatoes, dried kasoori methi, lid on and cook for some time, add water, cauliflower, green peas, and rice (soak the rice for 1 hour) put the lid on and cook for this first 5 minutes put high flame and then put it in a low flame. Add some ghee, fried onions, put the lid on.
