Ingredients:
- 1 pinch Ajwain - carom seeds
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 4 cup Besan - gram flour
- 1 tsp chilli pdr
- 1 pinch cumin seeds
- 1 to taste salt
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients make a smooth batter , Besan ,soda carom seeds, red chilli cumin seeds and salt.
- Make the smooth batter by adding little water.
- Dip any vegetables in this batter and Fry sprinkle with chat masala
- Serve with tangy dipping or tamarind chitne
