Pakoda Bajji





Ingredients:

  • 1 pinch Ajwain - carom seeds
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • 4 cup Besan - gram flour
  • 1 tsp chilli pdr
  • 1 pinch cumin seeds
  • 1 to taste salt

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients make a smooth batter , Besan ,soda carom seeds, red chilli cumin seeds and salt.
  2. Make the smooth batter by adding little water.
  3. Dip any vegetables in this batter and Fry sprinkle with chat masala
  4. Serve with tangy dipping or tamarind  chitne
