Kul Kuls

Kul Kuls are Goan savories that make the Indian Christmas season even tastier!  how to make them 

Ingredients
• 1 ½ cup all purpose flour
• ¼ cup melted butter
• 1 ¼ cup sugar
• 1/8 pinch of salt
• 2-3 tsp vanilla powder
• 1/8 cup water (room temperature)
• Oil

Method
Add all-purpose flour, pinch of salt, ghee and mix the ingredients in short-crust method.
 2. Add milk and mix to make medium stiff dough. Cover and rest the dough for about 5 minutes.
 3. Divide the dough into small portions, roll, take a fork and turn it around.
 4. Take small portions of the dough and press it on the back side of the fork and remove towards the opposite direction to form shell shape dough.
 5. Repeat the same with the remaining dough and keep the shells aside.
 6. Preheat the air fryer at 180 degree C for 3-4 minutes. or if you don't have air fryer heat oil and fry in oil. make suger syrup and put it in it to coat them.
 7. Remove the basket and arrange the shells in the basket and close.
 8. Airfry these shells at 180 degree C for 7-8 minutes.
 9. Make sugar syrup which should be soft ball consistency.
 10.Remove the air-fried Kul Kuls onto a plate and keep aside.
11.Drop the kul kuls into the sugar syrup and toss until they are coated well.
 12.Remove the kul kuls onto a plate and allow them to dry.
