1. Add oil into pan or wok, once oil is hot, add mustard seeds. 2. Once mustard seeds start to crackle, add turmeric and hing. 3. 1/2 tsp Broken mustard powder
6-8 Green Chillies
1/2 tsp Hing (asafoetida)
1/2 Lemon juice
1 tsp Mustard seeds
4 tsp Oil
Salt to taste
1 tsp Turmeric powder
