Prawn Caldine curry is a non-spicy yellow Goan curry made with prawns. This dish is a popular Goan dish usually made with fish.
Method
Heat a pan add pepper corns, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, poppy seeds, dry roast the ingredients, put it in to the blender and make a paste.
Heat oil in a pan add prawns, salt, cook it for a minute and take it in to a plate, in the same oil add onions, salt, thin slices of ginger & garlic, green chilly, turmeric and add made poppy seeds paste, add tamarind juice, vinegar, cook it for some more minutes, add coconut milk bring it to a boil add pinch of sugar, add the cooked prawns cook it for 3 minutes and switch off the flame.
