Pulav with Mutton Koftas

Mutton koftas  in a mild Pulav gravy which is nutty and aromatic and has a special unique aroma and goes very well with roties and naan and pulaoo
Ingredients

  • 500 grams Mutton
  • 2 tbsp cashew or Poppy seeds
  • 2  chopped green chillies
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 springs curry leaves
  • 2  finely chopped Onion
  • 3 piece Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp paste Garlic
  • 1.5 tsp pepper pd
  • 1 to taste Salt
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 1.5 cup Yogurt




 Method
· In a big frying pan heat oil, add garam masala,mustard ,cumin then fry the onions until they turn golden brown. Now add the garlic paste and ginger paste.curry leaves chopped chilli After a few minutes add the coconut and cashew or poppy seed paste , stir and then add the yogurt, ,cumin pd, coriander powder. add raw mutton pieces to grinder and make balls and fry in the Pan.

Pulav with mutton Koftas ,Shahi pulao is a mix vegetable pulao made with a difference and tastes good with curd and pickle.Shahi pulao is an amazing rice delicacy made with basmati rice, tasty veggies, paneer and spiced with some shahi masala powder.

Ingredients

1/2 cup coriander leaves
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
4  green chillies
1/2 cup mint leaves
2 tbsp Oil
1 cup onions
2 cup rice
1/4 tsp zeera


 Method

• Take a pan add oil,jeera, mix till the  change its color to brown then add sliced onions mix them then add ginger garlic,green chillies,mint,coriander leaves,salt mix well.

• Now add the rice which was soaked for 30 min let it come to boil, once water absorbed then close it with a lid and cook for 5 min in very slow flame,if you want add fried onions. When rice is cooked, add meat balls to pulav mix slowly and serve hot.
