- Coconut Milk 150ml
- Fish Sauce /to taste
Method
crack the claws open to works soak aubergines cut in salted water to prevent coloring
Take a pan put 3 tsp of oil, 5 garlic chopped, ginger onion,2 lime leaves,now we can add crab pieces bar the shells, give a good stir now add 2 tsp curry powder,turmeric pepper pd, mix it good, now we can add seasoning aubergines, yellow and red bell pepper, add some water cover it for some time, after 2 min we add basil and chilli, coconut milk as well, few drops of fish sauce to taste, can see how thick your sauce is add little water to loosen the grave, add lime juice and put 2 shell on top and cover it for 2 min, now take out shells, add some spring onions and taste it, grab some bread dip into the lovely sauce and add one egg to thicken the sauce, add shells back
