Apricots Shrikhand'
20 Golden Apricots
20 measure Sugar free
2 cups Hung yogurt
15 Pistachios
Method
1 Slice the apricots into half and add 2 tsp of sugar. cook it with on slow flame for 2 min
2 take yogurt in other bowl and mix it with sugar and squeeze this yogurt mixture through a muslin cloth .
3 Put shrikhand in a steamed glass bowl and remove the apricot from flame and put on top of shrikhand.
4 Garnish with pistachios and serve
