Chicken Yakhni Biryani

  • 1 1/2 cup Rice soaked
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 5 black pepper
  • 6 cloves
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 2 tsp fennel seeds
  • salt
  • 3 tsp ghee
  • 2 green cardamom
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 tsp green chili and coriander paste
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp garam masala pd
  • 2 onion sliced
  • 1 star anisa
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric


Method

1 Heat oil in non stick pressure cooker and add sliced onion and chicken and mix well.
2 Add ginger garlic paste mix well add 1 1/2 cup water mix well,
3 Add some pepper corn,cloves bay leaves and mix well.
    and cook for 5 min. till the mutton becomes soft cooked completely.
4 Spread  coriander seeds and fennel seeds in one muslin cloth and tie it with thread and leave it boiling
    water and chicken,add salt mix well , cook for 5 min. till the chicken becomes soft and cooked completely.
5 Take out lid and remove chicken pieces and keep aside.or u can put rice in chicken and cook with rice.
6   heat oil in frying pan put Sliced onion and fry onion .
7 Add cumin seeds,cardamom,remaining pepper corn,cinnamon stick and saute it till fragrant come add
    slice onion saute it till lightly brown.
8 Add remaining garlic ginger paste saute it and green chili paste coriander paste.
9 Add coriander  pd,garam masala, little water and cook for 2 min.
10 Add yogurt cook for 2 min.
11   Add prepared chicken stock, add salt mix well. cook till rice is cooked completely.
12  Serve hot.
