Roast Almond and Chococlate


Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Roasted almonds
  • 11/2 cup Dark chocolate roughly chopped
  • 1/4 fresh cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of caster sugar
  • 1/4 cup refine flour
  • 2 tsp icing sugar
  • Butter for gracing


Method

1 Pre heat oven 180'c
2 To make chocolate ganache,heat cream in a non-stick pan bring it to boil.
3 Add this to the chocolate and mix well and keep it in refrigerator for 15 min.
4 Put egg in a bowl,castor sugar, vanilla essence,and beat it with egg beater till ribbon consistency
   is formed.Sift refine flour and fold till every thing is combine.
5 Transfer all the mixture in a baking tray in pre heat oven and bake for 10 min.
6 Put butter paper on  work top and dust icing sugar.
7 Demount the baked sponge  on work top,dust the icing sugar,and roll the sponge and cool.
8 Open the sponge,spread the chocolate ganache,evenly on the sponge and roll again .Refrigerate it for 15
    min.
9 Melt the chocolate ganache in micro oven and spread it on top of Swiss roll sprinkle roasted almonds and
   serve immediately.
