Vanilla Ice Cream

Hot Summer days we make ice cream, easy available in any milk shop.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Heavy cream 
  • 1 cup full cream milk
  • Vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp Corn flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar 



Method

"Just milk, sugar and vanilla. This vanilla ice milk is so easy and tastes just like snow cream. This is designed for an old-fashioned ice cream maker that yields 1 gallon; be sure to scale recipe down if you have a counter top model."

Let the milk boil, then put some milk in one cup and dissolve corn flour and keep it aside when milk comes to boil then put the flame into medium and now add the corn flour in milk and stair the milk constantly for 5 min till the milk becomes thick,if you don't stair the milk nice the ice cream will not taste good,switch off the flame whip the milk with electronic whipper,in other take a vessel with ice cubes in it and keep the milk vessel on it then whip the milk 2 times,now add sugar again whip 1 1/2 min whip and after 2 min pour in cups or bowls and set in fridge for an hour till the mixture is all set,
serve cold in the bowls or cups

Combine milk, sugar and vanilla in freezer canister of ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
