Ingredients
- 100 gm Badam
- 1 liter of milk or 5 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup tsp sugar
- 2 tsp ghee
- 2 or three cardamom
- 6 strands of saffron
- Pinch of crushed cardamom
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon sliced pistachios
Method
In a non-stick pan boil milk,1 liter of milk into half u make it by string the milk, in other pan take 2 tsp ghee and put badam paste which is soaked over night or just 2 hours before and grind it, put it in ghee and fry into gold color on low flame, add sugar, kaiser, cardamom and milk now which is decreased into half quantity
. Mix all and cook for other 2 min and serve with sliced almonds and pistachios cold.keep in freezer and make it cold for 5 min and serve cold.
