  • 500 grams Basmati Rice
  • 1 tsp biryani masala pd
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 6 tsp Clarified Butter
  • 8  Eggs Boiled
  • 1 tsp red chilli
  • 1 tsp fried onion
  • 1 tsp Fresh Coriander/Cilantro Leaves
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 4  Green Chillies
  • 100 gm beans 
  • 100 gm potato 
  • 100 gm carrot
  • 50 gm peas
  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 large Onions
  • 2 cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tsp taste Salt
  • 2 tsp of gram masala pd
  •  10  whole garam masala

 Method
Wash and soak rice for at least ½ hour.

Shell the boiled eggs and give four long cuts on the white portion of each egg without separating it.

In a kadai or pot, heat the clarified butter or oil. And spices and fry the onions until they become golden brown and add ginger garlic paste ,green chillies ,mint coriander ,biryani masala and curd and cook

In the same masala measure 2 times the amount water to rice and bring it to boil
Add soaked rice and mix well and cook covered till rice is done
Add. then add red chilli powder, salt and potato beans peas,carrot boil and fry and fry until the eggs get coated with the spices fry them slightly
. Remove the eggs and set aside.

When the air holes appear on the rice surface, like bagare rice,reduce the stove heat to low. Cook until all of the water has absorbed and the rice is tender cooked.
