Ingredients
1 kg Fish
1 tsp chili powder red
cup Chopped onion
1 cup coconut powder
1 bunch coriander leaves
1 tbsp coriander pdr
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 sprigs curry leaves
3 number dry garam masalas
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 number lime juice or 1/2 cup tamarind
3 tbsp oil
7 peppercorns
1 tbsp Poppy seeds
As needed Salt
1 tsp sesame seeds
pinch 0 Turmeric powder
Method
Take a pan dry roast poppy seeds,sesame seeds, dry garam masala,pepper corns cumin seeds roast and add this to blender add coconut powder make a paste.
In another pan add oil, onions cook till golden brown, add to the poppy mixture blend it again keep aside.
Now in a bowl add fish pieces,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,turmeric,salt,chilli powder, lime juice, add the blended paste mix well and keep it aside for 30 min.
After 30 min take a non stick pan add the marinated fish in one layer and cook in a very slow flame once it is cooked one side, turn to other side cook till golden brown color then add all ingredients coconut paste poppy seeds sesame seeds and cumin seeds paste and onion paste then add curry leaves, coriander leaves chopped.put tamarind pulp or
