Kheema mutti


Kheema mutti is an excellent dry snack item made with lamb meat, mince and spices combined together and made into dumplings and deep fried until done. lamb meat dumplings deep fried

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Kheema (Minced MuttonMutton)
  • 1 1/2 tsp coconut powder 
  • freshly made bunch  coriander leaves
    1 tsp Coriander Powder
    1 big Egg
    1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
    1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
     3 cup  oil to fry
    1 tsp red chilli
  • 0 Salt to Taste
  • 1 pinch Turmeric powder

 Method

1. Wash Kheema in a bowl.

2. Add Red chilli powder,coconut powder,coriander powder,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,salt mix all this finely.

3. Lastly add coriander leaves chopped and egg to bind the mutti.

4. Take a frying pan add oil into, take keema mixture into your hand make into small dumplings and fry in slow flame till golden brown color.
