Guacamole, is an avocado-based sauce that originated with the Aztecs in Mexico. In addition to its use in modern Mexican cuisine it has also become part of American cuisine as a dip, condiment and salad
Ingredients:
Avocado Mango (ripe) 1
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Green chilly 2
Onion chopped 1
Lemon juice ½ tsp
Cilantro 1 bunch
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt
Tomato 2
Method
Cut ripe avocados mango in half, remove seed,
and scoop out avocado from the peel, put in a mixing bowl
add chopped garlic, chopped green chilly, chopped red onion,
squeeze the lemon juice, cilantro, pepper, salt, tomatoes(remove the seeds, and skin)
mix all of these. and serve.
