Palal kheema is very popular in South India, it is prepared regularly in Hyderabad, Palak kheema served with Rice or Roti.
Ingredients
Mutton 500g
Palak 14 spring
Medium Onions (sliced) 1
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Chilly Powder 2 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Green Chillies 3 no.
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Whole garam masala (each) 2 no.optional
Water as required
Method
Clean and cut palak finely and keep a side.
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds optional, sliced onion, Turmeric, chopped green chillies, curry leaves, whole garam masala, salt, saute it for few minutes.
Add Palak mutton, add just little water because water comes out from palak then put the lid on and let it cook till the Palak mutton is tender, add and mix it well and cook palak nicely
Add chopped coriander leaves. Serve this hot with rice or Roti.
