Ingredients:
Peanut Chikki - Peanut Brittle, Homemade Candy
1 cup peanuts shelled unsalted raw
1 cup sugar or Jaggery
2 teaspoons of clarified butter or ghee
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ginger juice
Method:
In a pan take and put butter then roast Phalli then break then into quarters in dinchick then in other vessel do not add any water take 1 cup sugar or Jaggery till it become to melt in to thick content then
add ginger juice pinch of salt and put Peanut mix nicely so that peanut and jaggery mix throughout the mixture then take a plate put little ghee spread it nicely on the plate
do not put your hand, with spoon spread it in plate evenly the put this hot peanut mixture on it and flatten it with rolls or roti ballen and cut into squire pieces serve after cool.
