This deliciously rich and creamy hot dry fruit milks is going to boast
your energy level and make you stronger insider inside and out. Perfect
for breakfast or sahoor.
Ingredients
- Almonds ½ cup
- Pistachio ½ cup
- Cashew ½ cup
- Melon seeds 2 tbsp
- Farm fresh milk 1 liter
- Coconut milk powder 4 tbsp
- Clarified butter 2 tbsp
- Sugar ½ cup or to taste
- Cardamom powder ½ tsp
- Blanch (almond, pistachio, cashew, melon seeds) in hot water, remove the skin and grind into a very fine paste. Keep aside.
- Heat clarified butter in a pot on low flame, once it is slightly hot add the cardamom powder.
- Then add the fresh milk, allow the milk to boil.
- Now add the ground paste of the nuts, keep stirring.
- Add the sugar, dilute the coconut milk powder, keep stirring till the milk is boiled nicely.
- Taste the sugar and adjust according to taste. Turn off the flame.
- This drink is good for sahoor or in cold weather.
