Berry-Banana Smoothie Recipe



Ingredients

1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1 1/2 cups orange juice
2 large, very ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries or raspberries or a combination
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup ice

Preparation

Pulse oats in a blender several times to grind. Add juice, bananas, berries, honey and ice; blend until smooth.
