plantain cut into slices and dipped in besan batter same like pakora and
deep fried.this can be served as hot snacks in cold weather .especially
in south India you can find this fritters in every marriage.

1. First peel the plantain and cut into thin slices and place them in water.
2. Take a bowl and add chick pea flour, rice flour, carom seeds, salt, cooking soda, red chilly powder and mix thoroughly.
3. Take another bowl and add ginger garlic paste, little water to mix it well.
4. To it add mixture of chick pea flour and mix thoroughly by adding water until it reaches the bajji batter consistency.
5. Now take the plantain slice into cloth towel to remove the moisture.
6. Then dip the plantain in batter and deep fry in hot oil.
7. Now the hot plantain fritters are ready to serve with any sauce or chutney.

- Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoons

- Oil 1 Tsp
- Red chilly powder 1 Tablespoons
- Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoons
