4 cup milk
3/4 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons corn starch
pinch safron
1/2 teaspoon agar-agar (sea weed works as a vegetarian gelatin)

Method
Boil the milk on low to high flame now when it reduced to half add cardamoms sugar, saffron pista badam put corn starch and agar agar mix in little water in one cup and cook for more 5 min the when it become cold wait and put into small plastic cups or kulfi molds put in refrigerate for 5 hours to make it .
