A delicious, refreshing and cool smoothie to beat the heat this summer.
Ingredients:
Mangoes – 2, medium
Banana – 2, medium
Orange Juice – 1/2 cup
Plain Yogurt – 1 cup
Ice Cubes – 1 cup

Method:
1. Peel and dice the mangoes.
2. Peel and slice the bananas.
3. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
4. Blend well until smooth.
5. Pour into individual serving glasses with ice cubes or keep it in the fridge for an hour before serving.
6. Best served chilled.
