Ingredients
1/2 coconut dry
1/2 cup Ja ggery
1 number mango raw
1 bunch neem flowers
pinch salt
1 cup tamarind juice
method
• In a bowl add tamarind juice, jaggery juice dissolved in water, cut mango into small pieces, coconut also into small pieces, add these to the tamarind and jaggery juice, then neem flowers, salt, if required chilies green mashed mix well.
• this can have like juice on Ugadi day its called as ugadi pachadi.
