Ingredients
all vegetables
1 large head broccoli florets chopped
1 large zucchini half moon chopped
1 squashed half moon chopped
3 carrots chopped
1 cup tomatoes slice in halves
10 oz  portobella mushroom sliced
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

 Method







Preheat oven for  425 degree Fahrenheit
In a large bowl put all vegetable together olive oil salt and pepper
divide the vegetables into two half in pan
Roast vegetables for 35 to 40 min remove vegetables from oven every 15 min to stir around
adjust amount of olive oil salt pepper.
Roast any type of vegetable
