1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper or silpat.
2. Mix all ingredients together except chocolate chips until combined well. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
3. With a cookie scoop or large tablespoon get a scoop of dough and roll into ball and place on cookie sheet. Flatten down with hand or bottom of drinking glass. Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes then transfer to cooking rack.
Yields: 16-17 cookies, store cookies in airtight container.

- 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
