Ingredients
- 1 kg sour limes-washed and wiped dry, cut into 4 pieces each
1 1/4 cup salt
1 cup whole red peppers
1 tsp asafoetida
1/4 cup powdered sugar-optional
Method
Mix all the ingredients together.
