Crispy Corn Kebabs




✍ Ingredients:
1.5 cups boiled sweet corns
2 potatoes boiled & grated
1 onion finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger finely chopped
1 small capsicum finely chopped
salt to taste
pepper to season
1/2 tsp garam masala
some mint leaves
coriander leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
1-2 bread slices
1 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp gram flour
oil for frying

Method

Grind boiled corn in blender then take a large bowl put half corn paste then boiled potatoes grated,onion finely chopped,ginger chopped capsicum finely chopped salt garam masala, mint leaves, coriander leaves, 1 tsp lemon juice, bread soaked in water drain water nicely crush it and mix in ingredient and add in bowl , then put in other corn, rice flour, 1 tsp gram flour and mix it with hand and put a ice cream stick in between and make kababs and keep aside for 10 min in fridge then heat oil and fry this kababs and fry in golden color and serve.
