Fish Biryani recipe



Fish Kedgeree
Main Ingredient : Fishes & sea-foods
Ingredients used in Fish Kedgeree
• Coriander chopped - 1 bunch.
• Fish (bone less) - 150 grams.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Moong daal - 1 tablespoons.
• Curry powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Green peas - 50 grams.
• Bay leaves - 3 numbers.
• Butter - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Chicken stock - 2 cup.
• Basmathi rice - 1 cup.
• Spring onions chopped - 1 tablespoons.
• Boiled eggs - 2 numbers.
Method:
  1. Moong daal and basmathi rice soak desperately for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan add cumin seeds, bay leaves, butter, green peas, curry powder, moong daal, basmathi rice, salt, mix this and add chicken stock, put the lid on and let it cook till the rice is done.
  3. In this add any type of fish (bone less) put the lid on and let it cook for few minutes in a slow flame, then sprinkle chopped coriander, spring onions, mix this well, put the lid on for 3 minutes then
  4. serve this with boiled eggs as you wish.
