Gujia



Ingredients:
Crust:
1 cup all purpose flour (plain flour or maida)
2 tablespoons oil
1/3 cup lukewarm water or as needed

Filling:
1/2 cup heavy cream or whipping cream
1 cup milk powder
1/4 cup coconut powder
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

2 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon melon seeds (optional)

Garnish:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup Water
2 tablespoons sliced almonds and pistachios

Also needed:
1 tablespoon all purpose flour (plain flour or maida)
2 tablespoon water
Oil to fry

Method 

Preparation Method of Dough for gujji  Paratha Recipe:
Take the wheat flour in a bowl and add salt and oil
Mix properly and then knead soft dough by adding water slowly
Grease the dough and allow it to rest for 15-20 minutes


In a fry pan put 1 cup  of milk, then add milk powder star till it leaves the edges of pan now take out from flame add coconut powder,1/4 cup sliced almonds,1/2 tsp cardamom powder mix it well add sugar 2 tsp or 4 tsp mix it well now filling is ready 
now take dough  you make small flat balls  then roll it into  3 1/2 inch puri and stuff the puri with mawa stuffing with 1 tsp of mawa, also we need 1 tsp all purpose flour 2 tsp water and make a paste of it to put this paste on corners of puri then after making all the gujia keep it a side in a plate handle it care or they will break.
keep a frying pan with oil filled half of it now the oil is hot we will fry gujia  into golden brown color, they became brown  take it out in other pan and now the gujias are ready to eat. make them when you want to eat in festivals or Sundays.
