• Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Lemon juice - 1/2 piece.
• Mushroom - 1 pound.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Pepper - 1 pinch.
• Cumin pdr - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Coriander pdr - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric - 1 pinch.
• Tomatoes - 1 numbers.
• Salt - 1 to taste.
• Red chilli - 1 to taste.
• Chopped coriander - 1 springs.
• Chopped onion - 1 numbers.
• Garlic - 4 piece.
• Garam masala whole or pdr - 1 pinch.
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, then add whole garam masala and cumin seeds. Once they crackle, add chopped onions, salt, turmeric, and ginger garlic paste. Cook until onions are soft.
