110 gr of cottage cheese
1-2 tbsp. Soft curd cheese or ricotta (can be replaced with sour cream)

It is desirable to pre-soak the fillets in water for 1-2 hours, so it will become more juicy
Prepare the filling: curd mixed with curd cheese or ricotta, chopped greens, salt, add crushed garlic and mix thoroughly. Curd we choose not sour and not fat-free, the fatter the cottage cheese, the more delicious, I use 5%.
Chicken fillet is well dried. From the thick side, make a cut-pocket, sprinkle with salt and favorite spices, fill with filling and close.
We put it in a baking sheet slightly oiled, pour with lemon juice, then soy sauce and sour cream.
Bake for 200gr 20-25 minutes, five minutes before you can sprinkle with cheese.
