Ingredients:
Banana;
1 tbsp. L. Pumpkin seed;
1 tbsp. L. Sunflower seeds;
1 tbsp. L. Flax seeds;
10 pieces. Almonds;
100 ml of almond milk;
1 g of vanillin
A pinch of turmeric;
1 tsp. Honey;
2 tbsp. L. Almond oil;
A pinch of nutmeg.

Method


The banana must first be cut into pieces and freeze. Before cooking, flax seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkins should be filled with water and left for 15-20 minutes. Then put all the ingredients in a blender and mix thoroughly. Smoothie is ready.
