This is a coastal Bangalore street food made with pieces of chicken battered and fried.
Ingredients:
Chicken 500 Grams
Salt 1 0
Coriander leaves 1 Bunch
Curry leaves 2 Springs
Green chilli 4 Numbers
Ginger 3 Piece
Garlic 3 Clove
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoons
Chilli powder 2 Teaspoons
Food color 1 Pinch
Rice flour 2 Tablespoons
All purpose flour 1 1/2 Tablespoons
Lemon juice 1 Teaspoons
Oil-For Deep fry 2 Cup

Method

1. Grind coriander leaves, Curry leaves, green chilly, ginger and garlic to a coarse paste. 

2. Add the ground paste in the bowl and then add salt, garam masala powder, chili powder, food color, Rice flour, all purpose flour, lemon juice, one tablespoon of curd and mix well. 

3. Then add the chicken pieces and mix well, keep in the refrigerator at least 3 to 4 hours. 

4. Take it out ½ hr before frying. 

5. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces till brown on both sides. 

6. Serve hot.
