Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, mix loose products: flour, salt, food soda, cocoa powder. In another cup, mix the vegetable oil with sugar, add instant coffee, lemon juice and water. Beat the mixer until the sugar dissolves completely. Then pour the liquid part of the dough into the dry mixture and mix it thoroughly with a mixer or the usual coronet.
2. Instead of cocoa, you can use dark chocolate, for this you will need to melt the chocolate bar in a water bath and add to the finished dough.
3. Then, preheat the oven to 180 °. A tray or a baking dish is greased with butter and slightly priporoshivaem flour or semolina. Pour the prepared dough and send the form to the oven for 40 — 45 minutes.
