Ingredients:

● 2 packs of vanilla sugar (can be replaced with vanillin),
● 5 tablespoons water,
● 2 tablespoons Baking powder,
● buckwheat flour.

For cream:
● 600gr of cottage cheese,
● yoghurt — 300gr,
● a sachet of gelatin.

Preparation:
To separate the yolks from proteins. Beat yolks with sugar substitute and vanillin, add water. Add the flour, baking powder, stir. Whip the whites and add them to the dough. Put the dough into a mold and bake until cooked.
Gelatin soak in cold water, let it swell (act as instructed). Beat cottage cheese and yogurt (without lumps), add gelatin.
Cool the cake, cut it into 2 parts. From the side of the cut, lubricate both resulting cakes with any jelly you like.
On the lower cake put the cream and put in the refrigerator. As it stiffens, you can cover the top with the second crust.
