Preparation:
Make dough by mixing flour, butter, sugar, lemon zest and eggs. Put in a cool place for an hour.
Put the dough in a baking pan, previously thinly roll out two-thirds of its parts. Pierce the dough with a fork.
Apples peel, cut slices and simmered in the pan .
Mix apples with sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice and place on the dough.
Separately in the tank mix 2 eggs, milk, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and mix for vanilla pudding, bring to the boil and pour it over the apples.
The rest of the dough roll out, cut thin strips.
Decorate a cake and send it in the oven to be baked 50-60 minutes at 200 degrees.Let cool, top with petrosim icing sugar and serve with whipped cream will or ice cream.
