Cake with strawberries


Ingredients:
Puff pastry — 1,5 kg
Butter — 500 g
Sugar powder — 250 g

Cake «Napoleon» with strawberries
Condensed milk — 250 g
Cognac — 2 tbsp. L.
Vanillin or vanilla sugar — to taste
Fresh strawberry — 500 g
Preparation:
1. Roll the flaked, batterless dough into a square of approximately 30×30 cm on a dusted surface. Put a silicone mat on the baking tray. On the mat using a rolling pin to shift the rolled dough. Hand dough does not need to touch, otherwise the layers will shift and the dough will rise unevenly! To make the dough evenly baked, you need to make a notch on it. Such layers with notches should be three. Preheat the oven to 210ÂșC and bake for 15 minutes.
2. Prepare a classic oil cream: softened butter and whip the whites. Vanilla sugar can be added immediately. Sugar add one teaspoon, vanillin — on the tip of the knife. You can immediately add cognac. After the oil has changed its color from yellow to white, gradually introduce condensed milk and add the powdered sugar. Remove the layered cakes from the oven and allow them to cool. With a bread knife, gently cut the edges of the dough. Do not throw away the crumb, it is useful for sprinkling. Cream evenly put on the dough.
3. Cut the strawberries into 4 pieces and distribute them all along the perimeter of the cake. Repeat the same with the second and third layer.
4. Trimming dough should be crumbled into small pieces. Finished cake with cream and sprinkle with crumbs. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar. Leave to stand in the refrigerator for 2 hours, so that the dough is soaked with cream. Finished cake to cut into triangular cakes.
