Delicious dietary Chicken muffins with vegetables
Ingredients:Minced chicken — 1 kg
Zucchini — 400 g
Carrots — 200 g
Onions — 200 g
Garlic — 7 g
Olive oil — 1 tbsp
Parsley — to taste
Dill — to taste
Salt, pepper — to taste

Preparation:
Cut into small cubes carrots and onions, spread on a pan and fry ten minutes before the onset of a Golden color. Cut the zucchini with the peel (the peel of the young fruit is not removed) and three on a large grater. Finely chop the greens. Garlic press through a garlic press. Minced chicken salt, pepper and combine with other ingredients. Stir. From the resulting mass sculpt small balls and put them in molds for muffins. Oven at t=+200° C until Golden crust (about 30-40 minutes)
