Chocolate Pancake with whipped cream




1) Chocolate Pancakes with whipped cream
INGREDIENTS:
For the pancakes:
● Milk — 750 ml
● flour — 300 g
● Eggs — 3 pcs.
● cocoa powder — 1 tablespoon uppers
● black chocolate — 100 g
● powdered sugar — 2 tbsp. spoons
● vegetable oil for greasing the pan
For filling:
● heavy cream — 0.5 l
● sugar — 2 tbsp. spoons
● kiwi — 2 pcs.
● Orange — 1 piece.
● cranberries — 2 tbsp. spoons
PREPARATION:
1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave oven at low power. Heat the milk.
2. Add 300 ml of warm milk and melted butter in chocolate. Stir well.
Beat eggs in a cool foam.
Sift the flour and pour the sugar and cocoa. Pour the remaining flour and milk mixed.
3. Mix all three mixtures. To all is well dissolved and mixed, you can use a blender. Leave the dough for 1.5-2 hours.
4. For the filling clear of kiwi and orange and finely chopped. Whip the cream with the sugar. If badly whipped, you can add a thickener. Add fruits in whipped cream mix. Put in the fridge.
5. Fry the pancakes and cool them.
6. On the cooled pancake put a lot of stuffing and twist pancake rolls. Put in the fridge for a few hours. Before serving cut into slices of chocolate pancakes.
