Ingredients
250 gms grated fresh coconut
6 ripe yellow bananas
1 fresh vanilla pod
½ nutmeg
250 gms sugar
Method
1. Slit the vanilla pod and remove the seeds.
2. Put the sugar in a pan and cook.
3. Meanwhile peel and mash the bananas in a bowl. Grate nutmeg over the bananas. Add vanilla and mix.
4. Once the sugar begins to caramelize, add bananas and mix.
5. Add coconut and mix well till the mixture forms a ball.
6. Transfer the mixture onto a plate. Smoothen the surface and serve.
