1. To make separately 3 tests for three cakes of 5 egg whites, 10 tablespoons of powdered sugar, 5 tablespoons of walnuts and 2 tablespoons of flour for each. Flour and grated walnuts mix and spoon gently add into the tight snow of proteins with sugar. Each cake is baked at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. When baked, cover with a towel for a while until the cream is prepared.

2. Cream. 7 bile mix with 10 tablespoons of sugar, 9 spoons of flour and boil the cream in 1 liter of milk. Beat 8 yolks with 250 g of powdered sugar. Separately, whip 250 grams of butter, and gradually combine with the jelly until smooth. In 1/3 of the cream, add 150 grams of nuts, steamed milk (milk should be a little, just to make the nuts become soft). In the remaining 2/3 of the cream, add 200 g melted chocolate on low heat.3. Beat 3 packs of dried cream with vanilla flavor, diluted in milk or mineral water.
Collect the cake: cake, cream, dark cream, cake, cream, nut cream, cake, cream, dark cream.
