Croatian cake





3 x 5 spoons of ground walnuts
3 x 2 tablespoons flour
For cream:
1 liter of milk
15 yolks
10 spoons of sugar
9 spoons of flour
250 g of powdered sugar
250 grams of margarine / butter
150 g ground walnuts
Some milk to fry nuts
200 g of dark chocolate
3 packs of cream for whipping with vanilla flavor
200 ml of milk or mineral water for cream
1. To make separately 3 tests for three cakes of 5 egg whites, 10 tablespoons of powdered sugar, 5 tablespoons of walnuts and 2 tablespoons of flour for each. Beat 3 packs of dried cream with vanilla flavor, diluted in milk or mineral water.
