Pizza Cheese Rye Dough





Very tasty pizza, beneficial organisms, and shape!
Ingredients:
Dough:
cottage cheese — 200 g
rye flour — 3 tbsp
egg — 1 PC.
soda slaked — 1,4 h l
salt — to taste
turmeric( Indian saffron) — 1/4 tea spoon (for nice colors)
flax seeds — 1-2 teaspoon
Sauce: tomato paste 3-4 tbsp+ yogurt 3-4 tbsp+oregano+Basil ( all mix)
Filling: chicken fillet, Bulgarian pepper, olives, salted fern, parsley
Dough:
In curd add the egg, flour, flax seeds, spices, soolim, at the end of soda. The consistency is like cottage cheese paste, slightly sticky, stir with a fork, and with wet hands, forming two balls, gently directly on the leaf making two cakes ( I have no oil as a silicone Mat). In preheated oven for 5-7 min.
The sauce on hot Pitta bread spread, spread on top the filling ( chicken, peppers, olives…).
Upstairs I made some more sauce.
In the oven for 25-30 min. 7 minutes before readiness add the greens.
