Delicious diet Pizza zucchini

1 kg. courgettes

1. Zucchini cut into rings, each ring dip in beaten egg, roll in flour and fry on both sides. Do not add salt! Put on paper towel to stack fat.
2. Onion cut into half rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater, tomatoes cut into rings, finely chop the garlic.
3. Collect pizza: on a greased vegetable oil a baking sheet or pan, spread zucchini tightly in 2 layers; the zucchini spread thinly sliced (sliced) cooked breast, now onions and carrots, a little salt then tomatoes, then garlic; now sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese and pour a mixture of: the remains of the egg mix with milk (and water), sprinkle with herbs and into the oven until the cheese is melted and crust browned.
It’s a free dish, you can add everything to taste. Replace the tomatoes with tomato paste, meat, mushrooms or just add mushrooms or bell pepper.
