Pretzel with Cinnamon





You can do with cinnamon, but the options can be many and cheese and poppy seeds, and jam. Yeast dough I make in the bread maker.
Ingredients for the dough:
150 g — water
2  tbsp — oil
100 g sugar
700 g flour (if the dough sticks add another 50g of flour)
pinch — of salt
1 tsp yeast
(also add two tablespoons of flax soaked — but not necessarily).
When the dough is ready. Roll out and lubricate the stuffing.
Filling:
100 g — oil
200 g — sugar
2 tbsp — cinnamon
Melt butter and add sugar with cinnamon.
Twist in the roll.
Cut in half.
To weave a braid, put in a baking pan, brush with remaining filling or whipped egg.Bake at 180C for 45 minutes.
